Harvest Wraps Up – Time to Plan Ahead for Winter

Harvest 2025 is in the books across Saskatchewan, and most producers are shifting gears from combines to fieldwork and winter prep. With crops largely in the bin and above-average yields reported across much of the province, this fall is the perfect time to look ahead to next season and make sure your grain storage setup is ready for 2026.
This year’s harvest brought strong results, with many cereal, pulse, and oilseed crops grading in the top two quality categories. Canola and wheat came off in excellent condition, while lentils and peas also saw strong grades. Yields were higher than the 10-year average in most areas, showing the benefit of timely mid-summer rains. However, soil moisture conditions vary — eastern Saskatchewan remains adequate, while western regions are entering winter on the dry side and will rely on snowfall to recharge fields for spring.

Take Advantage of Our Fall Pricing Special on Erected Bins
At Rosler Construction, demand ramped up following a busy summer and strong turnout at the Ag in Motion show in July. Earlier in the season, many customers were uncertain about crop potential — but timely rains turned things around and boosted yields province-wide.
Our most popular bin sizes this year have been the 4,800 bu and 7,660 bu hopper bins, with many producers expanding their on-farm storage capacity ahead of 2026. We’re now forecasting bin orders for next season, and in anticipation of new stock arriving, we’re offering Fall Pricing Specials on our remaining erected Brock bins.
Whether you’re looking to expand storage, replace aging bins, or prepare for next year’s harvest, now is the best time to lock in savings and secure installation before freeze-up. We’re still able to deliver and erect bins this fall.
Preparing for the Season Ahead
Now’s also a great time to review your long-term storage strategy. If you’re planning to add more capacity, update aeration systems, or invest in a new dryer before 2026, our team can help you plan efficiently and cost-effectively.
